In our 2nd Offline Activity, we partnered with the Robin Hood Army in Indore, where we organized a painting competition for 30 underprivileged children and provided stationary items to all of them and some sweets to the winners. Our participants, especially females, shared valuable insights on important topics. The experience, combined with city exploration, created a truly memorable offline trip.
We conducted our guest session with none other than Robin Singh, founder of Peepal Farm. He is a computer scientist and entrepreneur turned into a social worker & created an Animal Welfare Community of India. With his practical approached and minimum suffering based lifestyle he is inspiring millions of Indians. We asked all our animal welfare related doubts and got practical advices from him. As he has a huge following on social media almost all the attendees knew him beforehand.
We conducted this poster making competition in collaboration with Diplomacia society following our one of the goal of conduction social issues related completions. The posters we received showcased the hidden talent of our student community and also highlighted the burning issues existing in the society with a flavour of art making and poster making. The winners were awarded with certificates and appreciation.
In our 1st Offline Activity, we collaborated with Animal Aid Unlimited India (AAU) in Udaipur. With 30+ students, we volunteered with AAU, exploring Udaipur's iconic sites. Guided by AAU, we learned compassionate animal handling, from Lake Pichola to Bahubali Hills. The experience created lasting memories, bonds, and inspired us to make a positive impact.
We conducted the our very first event in collaboration with Kavach club of Bandipur house where we had a thrilling conversation with Major Sidram Solankar sir who is an EX-Army Personel and NSG Commando and we deep dived into the life of a NSG commando and a true patriot. From technical questions related to indian military and nsg to general life questions sir answered them all.
We inaugrated our society by conducting an Orientation session and started this journey. We stated some goals and functioning of sahara society there. Also had discussion and doubt session with the interested members who later became our permanent members. Almost 100 people attended the live orientation and 180+ people watched it on our YouTube channel.
